Course Description:

MTEC 313 E-Business Strategy and Models

This module provides in-depth understanding of how to integrate e-business strategies in the Internet economy, and how to identify key determinants of business success. Learners will explore competitive properties of the Internet, the Internet value network, and Internet business models.

 

MTEC 314 Customer Relationship Management

This module is focused on e-customer relationship management (e-CRM) and customer services in e-business. This includes how companies build relationships with customers, and how trust, commitment, and e-loyalty are build in online environments.

 

MTEC 315 On-line Marketing

During this module learners compare traditional and e-marketing techniques and approaches, and apply Internet marketing techniques to a variety of marketing problems including public relations, promotions, and advertising. Additionally, learners will examine elements critical to design of the customer interface.
