Admin support to the grad program including:

• Primary resource person for any matter related to the SIAT Graduate Program
  
  
• Maintains graduate student records
  
  
• Information about policies and procedures related to the grad program
  
  
• Coordinates the scholarship and fellowship application process
  
  
• Acts as a resource for students regarding registration policy, procedure and fees
  
  
• Processes forms related to registration, on leave terms etc
  
  
• Advises graduate students on program and thesis defence requirements and processes
  
  
• Coordinates the semi-annual graduate student review process
  
  
• Organizes graduate student orientation sessions

Please note: Joyce does not answer questions relating to the undergraduate program. She's only responsible for IAT courses numbered 800 or higher.
