SIAT faculty Jim Bizzochi was a Senior Artist at the Banff New Media Institute's 2007 "Interactive Screen" event, August 12 - 17. As a Senior Artist, Jim participated in a panel on Experimental Video ("New Forms for Old: Experimental Video). On the panel he discussed his Ambient Video works. He was also the designated respondent to David Clark's Keynote on "Expanded Cinema".

Jim Bizzochi also screened two of his Ambient Video works as part of the Banff Summer Arts Festival: "Streaming Video" and "Winterscape". They were very well-received, and the event attracted the highest number of attendees of any of their public events this year.
