Marketing and Creative Support
The successful candidate will work closely with the firm's Consultants to support their clients’ communications material, and aid in the execution of strategic, creative engagement campaigns.
• Develop relevant and engaging marketing and communications collateral for clients, across multiple sectors
• Design projects will primarily involve creating social marketing programs, and include posters, stationery, and advertisements
• Assist with meeting and conference scheduling
• Serve as a liaison with clients when appropriate
Events and Marketing Coordinator
TurnLeaf Consulting works closely with a number of commercial real estate organizations to design and execute their corporate environmental responsibility programs. Each tenant’s participation is integral to the success of this program, and as such, TurnLeaf hosts approximately 5 Eco Fairs each summer, offering each group the educational opportunity to meet their building’s green service and product providers. The successful candidate will be able to:
• Manage all pre, on-site, and post-event activities in multiple locations by monitoring the operational activities at each venue, addressing concerns, and resolving problems to ensure the success of each Eco Fair
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as clients and tenants, as well as external stakeholders, such as Eco Fair vendors to determine interest, marketability, and functional requirements for staging events
• Collaborates with TurnLeaf consultants, Eco Fair vendors, and clients in the design and development of Eco Fair marketing and advertising materials
• Coordinates and supervises the distribution of these materials
• Regularly updates a event management documents and templates
Qualifications
• 2-3 years marketing/event planning experience, complemented with a focus in graphic design
• Passion for environmental sustainability and a strong understanding of how it fits within the broader corporate agenda
• Strong knowledge of database programs (MS Office Suite, including Outlook), with proven ability to develop and design effective PowerPoint presentations, as well as creative marketing pieces in PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Experience with HTML and CSS is an asset, but not required
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, while staying flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and tasks
• Initiative and creativity to deliver original and imaginative approaches to communication and engagement barriers
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Active in the digital space with a general interest in analytics
• A team player who can work in a dynamic, results oriented environment
