Company Description:
Spatterbox is an online, Vancouver-based start-up conceptualized in 2011. The website is nearing launch and is currently undergoing beta-testing. The founders, both with backgrounds in entrepreneurship and finance, are looking to add a part time developer to the team to handle the next phases of development.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
The web development position is a great opportunity to get on board with an up and coming company in the Vancouver tech industry. You will be part of a small team and will have the chance to face unique challenges and to experience many different development opportunities. The applicant must be able to handle the pressure that comes with a fast-paced sector and a growing start-up. The time commitment will range from 10-15 hours per week.

• A minimum of 1 year of development experience with Ruby on Rails
• A minimum of 3 years programming in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and JQuery
• Experience developing mobile applications is an asset
• Experience developing in PHP is an asset
• A passion for programming and development
• Ability to perform well under strict deadlines
