Admissions from High School
If you are applying directly from BC Grade 12 you will need to complete 4 courses in your grade 12 year towards admission to SIAT at SFU.
- ENGLISH 12*
- PRINCIPLES OF MATH 12
- 2 ADDITIONAL provincially examinable GRADE 12 COURSES
*Note that a 60% minimum blended classroom and provincial exam mark in English 12 is required for admission to SFU. However, for the purposes of calculating your admission average, the higher of either the classroom or blended grade will be used (this applies to all 4 grade 12 courses).
BC Grade 11 course requirements are the following:
- ENGLISH 11
- PRINCIPLES OF MATH 11
- SCIENCE 11
- LANGUAGE 11
